This Privacy Policy explains how GLOBAL TEAM SERVICES LTD. (“TeamsOffice”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through our website teamsoffice.com (the “Site”). It covers the public marketing site only; use of the TeamsOffice application itself is governed by your service agreement.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the “Request early access” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optionally your firm or company, the category you select (“I’m a…”), and any message you choose to add.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers record basic technical data needed to serve and secure the Site — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in standard server logs. We use only the cookies necessary to run the Site securely (session and security cookies set by WordPress and our host/CDN). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. 

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your early-access request and contact you about availability;
  • tell you about TeamsOffice and related updates you’ve asked for;
  • operate, secure and improve the Site.

Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, namely:

  • our website host (SiteGround, SG Hosting Inc.) and its content-delivery network, which store and serve the Site;
  • our email provider, (In-Tuition Networks Limited, UK) which delivers your form submission to us and our replies to you;
  • Our TeamsOffice Hub host (Hostinger Singapore) that hosts the server on which the TeamsOffice software is deployed;
  • Nextcloud whose server manage the hosting and syncing of your documents, calendar events and user data and
  • Cloudflare whose R2 server facility stores your TeamsOffice documents

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Where your data is held

The Site and form submissions are hosted and processed by the providers above, which may store data in region(s), e.g. the EU / UK / US / Singapore /Malaysia. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to consider you for the founding cohort, and then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal information we hold about you, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [privacy contact email] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of any material breach as required by law.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
